"Nia has a calm and compassionate nature and she instinctively understands how to respond to vulnerable participants. She also has the ability to take firm action if any challenges arise, responding confidently and dynamically. She has sensitivity to the needs of the artists, the participants and is able to deal with funders professionally representing the vision of the project with passion."

"Mae gan Nia natur tawel, gofalus ac mae'n deall yn reddfol sut i ymateb i gyfranogwyr bregus. Ar yr un pryd , gall gymeryd camau cadarn os oes unrhyw heriau yn codi gan ymateb yn hyderus ac yn ddeinamig. Mae ganddi sensitifrwydd i anghenion yr artistiaid, y cyfranogwyr ac yn gallu ymdrin ag ariannwyr yn broffesiynol gan gynrychioli gweledigaeth y prosiect gyda angerdd."
Iola Ynyr, Artist cymunedol dros lesiant / Awdur
"I really enjoyed the exploration of self, and the way you delivered the session was just great, I'm not the best at painting, words are more my strength but I didn't feel that was detrimental to my use of art by the way you set up the activities."
Participant at Artists workshop
"Nia’s part of the event was through facilitating workshops for children and adults throughout the day and it was absolutely perfect. The concept of the workshop: free-hand single line drawing, along with Nia’s enthusiastic and encouraging delivery allowed for those participating to engage fully and with freedom of expression.
With a target audience being non-theatrical / those who rarely engage with the arts, hesitancy to participate was a likely obstacle. However Nia’s workshop was never empty, with multiple people going back again and again throughout the day."
